Terms of Service
These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from lolaandhazel.com, which is operated by Lola and Hazel in Kuwait. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and prices
All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). We work hard to show our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
2. Orders
Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable or there's a pricing error, we'll contact you and either offer an alternative or cancel that item with a full refund.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (KNET and card payments). We never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Kuwait. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns
Please see our Refund Policy for how returns and refunds work.
6. Age guidance and safety
Each toy shows a recommended age. Please follow it, along with any safety warnings on the packaging. Some toys contain small parts that are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is always recommended.
7. Your account
If you create an account, please keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
8. Our content
All text, photos, illustrations and logos on this site belong to Lola and Hazel or our partners, and may not be copied without permission.
9. Liability
We're responsible for delivering the products you order as described. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for damage caused by misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Kuwaiti consumer protection law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
